This policy applies to PenalyLab: Flag Football, provided by Shanghai Wenbenyue Technology Co., Ltd. The current version requires no account, uses no advertising, analytics, or tracking, and does not collect, store, upload, sell, or share personal data.

Data Collection

PenalyLab: Flag Football does not collect, store, upload, sell, or share personal data, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, or rules-learning activity.

On-Device Processing

Rule browsing, search, scenarios, and penalty simulations are processed on your device and are not sent to a developer server. Your selected interface language is stored only in the app's local preferences.

Rules searches, scenario choices, penalty input, and simulation results are not uploaded.
No account is required and no developer-side user profile is created.
Core rules content ships with the app and remains available offline.

Network and Third-Party Services

The app uses Apple StoreKit to load product information, complete or restore purchases, and refresh premium entitlements. Apple handles purchase history, subscription management, refunds, and billing through your App Store account. The developer does not receive payment-card details or Apple ID credentials.

Official-rulebook and email links open external services only when you select them; each service applies its own privacy terms. The current version uses no third-party sign-in, advertising, analytics, push notifications, cloud sync, or remote AI service.

Device Permissions

The current version does not access contacts, precise location, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or other sensitive permissions unrelated to rules learning.

Retention and Deletion

The app creates no account and retains no user data on a developer server. Removing the app clears its local language preference. Apple continues to manage purchase history and subscriptions through your App Store account.

Children and Content

PenalyLab: Flag Football is a rules education and training tool. It contains no public user-generated content, social posting, gambling, medical service, adult content, or developer-operated online transaction feature.

Policy Updates

If a future version changes how data is handled, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before the related feature is released. Material changes will be disclosed before use.
